From 2019, ILC-I is being a part of a Qualitative study on different aspects of caregiving which is conducted by ILC Global Alliance.
In Pune, ILC-I is conducting a research study on “Issues and Concerns related to caregiving in retirement communities in Pune”. Data collection is under process.
In 2016-17, ILC-I with the CSR support from Gharda Chemicals Ltd. Carried out a research study in the urban community of Pune city named “The health status of the elderly population with reference to the different types of the living arrangements in Pune City, Maharashtra, India”. Total of two hundred participants were covered in this study and the generated results were considered for the next study in the same domain.
A research study undertaken by ILC-I is “Identifying Health (Behavioural & Social) Determinants as Markers of Dementia with special reference to Alzheimer’s in the elderly population of Pune city” with the support of HelpAge India.
